Holistic Full Body Massage
Holistic massage is ancient lore of healing that aims to clean the lymphatic drainage of the body and eliminates toxins from the body. Holistic massage, in essence, allows the inner you to come through and stabilizes all the instability in your body to help you achieve complete peace of body, mind, and soul.
Massage is a combination of various movements used to mobilise the soft tissues of the body, particularly the muscles.
Holistic Facial Massage
This treatment aims to hydrate your skin while normalising oily secretions. You can drift away while your mask is on while I massage your shoulders, arms, chest and back of the neck.

Thai Foot Massage
Thai Foot massage works on similar principles as Reflexology covering the feet and the lower leg. It involves hands-on massage and stretching techniques opening the 'Sen' energy lines, along with the use of a traditional Thai massage stick. Pressure is applied on specific reflex points on the feet to stimulate the internal organs, encouraging the body and mind to balance as well as activating the body's natural healing mechanism. The circulation of both blood and lymphatic fluid will be improved and the immune system boosted as well as stimulating the elimination of toxins. This treatment is a wonderful stress reliever promoting deep relaxation.
Indian Head Massage
The massage increases nourishment and oxygen to the scalp and hair follicle which in turn stimulates hair growth. It detoxifies the body by stimulating lymphatic drainage Indian Head Massage stimulates and improves lymphatic drainage and blood flow to the neck thus helping to remove waste products from the body.
